 Your Body Fitness, Inc. was founded in 1998. Our firm was one of the very first of its kind in Texas and has continued to be recognized by many as the authority in personal training in our area. Your Body Fitness, Inc. is a fitness firm that provides the following services: personal training, fitness center and/or gym management, aerobics, and massage therapy. Personal training includes one-on-one and group training in homes, gyms, and various fitness centers.
Our knowledge and expertise enables us to properly provide and manage the required services needed to operate a fitness center or gym. Our fitness center management service ranges from managing the services we provide, to managing every aspect of the facility. Aerobics classes range from beginning and intermediate classes to advanced classes, such as kick boxing aerobics. Massage therapists are available to perform their services wherever necessary. We also provide sports supplements and fitness products below retail prices. We also have spas offering unique spa services and cleansing programs for our customers use. We are constantly growing and looking to expand our staff with the most experienced specialists. Each staff member is certified by a nationally recognized organization in his/her area of expertise. Also, all staff members have extensive experience in their particular field. Our firm is staffed with career trainers only.
